Confirmation 2020
The following dates have been arranged for the Celebration of Confirmation.
- Friday 14th August – 2.00pm
- Saturday 15th August – 2.00pm
- Friday 21st August – 2.00pm
- Saturday 22nd August – 2.00 pm
All ceremonies will take place in Tullow Church.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, there will be a maximum of 20 Candidates at each ceremony. Each family can have no more than 12 people present (including sponsors).
Candidates who wish to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation must call into Tullow Parish Office accompanied by a parent/guardian to register and to arrange which of the 4 dates they would like to book. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The closing time for registration is 1.00 pm on Friday 10th July. Tullow Parish Office is open as follows:
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm (excluding lunchtime 1.00pm – 2.00pm) Friday 9.00am – 1.00pm.
Albs will not be used. Instead, all candidates are asked to dress appropriately and respectfully for the church.
Families who register will be contacted 2 weeks before the ceremony to arrange a date and time for rehearsal.
